For ATI cards you will have to have the ATI control panel installed, not just the driver.


For ATI and nVidia cards:

Under D3D in advanced set your mipmap level to high quality. Do not use Performance or Blend.

For Fire series cards:

Advanved/ Detail / mipmap choose detail

For SiS cards:

Under 3d/D3D enable mipmap support, then choose Detail. You must restart for it to take effect.
