As of this writing, most of the affected servers are still down. Blizzard is aware of the issue and is looking into it (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=17223173939&pageNo=8&sid=1#141), but has no further information (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=17223044013&pageNo=2&sid=1#22) to give at this time. We'll update this post when we hear more.
