Question on outfit points and waypoints

whats it mean when i have alot of outfit points? and when i lead a squad how do set WPs :p

Outfit points are earned by what you do, hack bases and such. It is the same as XP, just on a different scale.

To set waypoints you need to be CR 1, then you will have a menu on the bottom of your map for setting them.
