My Dad and me went together to vote at the school he went to as a child. My Brother in Texas even called up makig sure we voted. My Grandparents, both sets, have gone to the polls to vote.

What about you?

P.S. I voted for Bush because of two things. 1: I am a born Texan, even though I live in Ohio now. 2: I like Bush's plan for NASA over the reduced plan Kerry has.

Bush! He has a wonderful CR5 reform program! ;)

No for real I agree w/ more of his policies than Kerry's.

I early voted on Thursday for Kerry. Bush supports amendments that would render flag burning and gay marriage (which is Constitutionally defined as a power of the states) illegal. I also do not support the pre-emptive strike policy, alienation of allies, and his tax reforms that benefit the rich mainly.

I voted for Bush because my life has not changed at all while he has been in office and electing him again keeps that stability in place. Also I agree with his stance on the war on terror, abortion, etc.

Ah, you meet the true definition of conservative, which is to resist change. I have lived under Bush for most of my life, he was governer for two terms and now president. Bush seriously messed up our education and highway systems and our state legislature is now illegally running budget deficets.
Now as for him being President, the policy of pre-emptive strike has only fueled more hate towards America, contridicting its intended goal of making the nation safer. I also strongly oppose his stance on the UN as saying that it has no teeth, which is true when the most powerful nation in history and the UN's founder ignores its rulings.

hey! what a suprise texas went republican!!

The reason Bush went into Iraq without the UN is because the needed countries to support the action had financial links to Iraq which they did not want to loose. First set of new enemies. Bush's actions did bring more anger towards the US from other counties but name one president that did a military response to a Terrorist attack on the US that didn't make more enemies. What is that phrase, "You got to break some eggs to make an omelet." The UN is being bogged down by the change of money between hands.

Both candidates have done a lot of "fluffing" on their abilities to make them look and sound better than the other. But I feel that Bush puts a better face forward than Kerry, who looks like an old, weathered, statue that is ready to be sent to a museum.

Ahhh! Lets not do this! This kind of talk usually just turns people against each other. Bush won Kerry lost, bad news to some good to others either way he is our president.

Its over anyways, time to end the Political Civil War that we go through every four years. Time to move on helping America with the way the world is today.

I never vote cause I am a socialist People are more important then the almighty dollar. Health care should be free to the people. Insurance companys would be fazed into the health care system.
Public transportation would be free as well.
Public houseing and food would be provided to those who could not or not able to earn their own liveing..
I had better shut up b4 u guys think I am a Commie and have the FBI on my case and have me x-ecuted like the Rosenbergs:lol:

I don't think your a commie, just not considering the greedy nature of humanity right now. What you say is an idealistic world. Personally I see the sociaty in Star Trek being possible in a couple of centuries or so. Or an Alien race nearly destroying our self-hating butts and showing us how pathetic our little squables really are.

I must be the only democrat here.... The only thing I agree with Bush on is his Gun policy. The rest of it is shit, and Democrats are better for the FAA and General Aviation than any Republican.

I am not a registers Dem or Rep. I vote for who I feel is the best out of the presented choices. None of the ballots I have casted are straight Rep. In fact I voted for Dems in Congress to maintain a balance between the two parties. Maybe next time the Dems will have a worthy candidate over the new guy the Reps will have to bring up, then I will vote for the Dems.

I'm not a diehard democrat, and I never liked Hilary.. always thought she was a lesbian... That's why I wasn't surprised to hear Bill was cheating on her... LOL I'd like to see who the other democratic candidates are in 2008 before I choose.. besides, we got 4 more yrs with little George now, so cheney can continue to run the US.
