New IRC Network for ATF

With our expansion into various games, I thought it might be time to move to a new IRC server which is not game specific and is a larger network.

Come join #CLAN-ATF on IRC.GAMESURGE.NET the java app will now connect to this network by default and the mIRC link will connect you to it as well.

Hope to see some activity in IRC, even if it is just idlers.

The computing security folks take a dim view of me running IRC at work, but I'll give it a shot at home! (wish trillian had mirc's trout-slap though)
