Built a new rig but having an issue

Just posting to get some ideas from all of you.
Just built a new rig and it came together beautifully. Posted first time.
Loaded the Windows 7 OS
Updated all my drivers.
Loaded Office 2010
Next was Planetside :)
Loaded no problem. Launch PS. Get Launch window.

I get launch window. Hit the play button. I get Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error !

I turned off all non MS in msconfig window. Still problem.
Went to PS support and they looked at my MSinfo and DxDiag info
They had me load one C++ file from MS but no go.
Any ideas would be helpful.

I am sure my wife will not thank you. Well I will get two days of playing in before I head back out to sea. But I appreciate the help. Anything I can do let me know. Just was bugging the heck out of me that I couldnt fix it. Everything else went so smoothly when I put this together.
