umm, we need to draft like pronto, the friggin season starts tonight.

Uh yeah....

I was going by the note on the FF website that drafts had to take place by the 9th for first week scoring - I totallyu missed that the steelers/fins were playing tonight.

Second, for whatever reason, I guess since Monday was a holiday, I was thinking today was Wednesday.

Since no one else is/has signed up by now (3pm eastern) and since Gryph went into stealth mode and dropped out on us, I will go ahead and activate the draft when I get home from work (approx 5:30pm) using the order that we signed up. I will put myself in as last.

The order will be:

Cannonball
Belenos
Banne
Giantkiller
Skillet
Stoke
Dane
naked Gnomes

Having never used this system before, it may or may not work exactly the way we think/hope it will so we'll see how it goes.

***Edited draft order to reflect Danes last minute sign up and the Filler Team.

Regardless of what players the filler team gets, it will be "managed" so whoever is facing it will pretty much be guaranteed a win for that week...

Ok, everything is set to go..... The Naked Gnomes will be the filler team to make it even. The autopick draft is set to go. This first weekend is going to be iffy....the draft will very likely NOT happen before tonights game and according to the site, may not even happen before Sundays games. Yes, I waited around too long trying to get people to sign up before getting the ball rolling.

Anyway, the autodraft is set to go... Let the fun begin....

If it all goes horribly wrong then what the hell...its just for fun anyway....

Ok, the draft is in...we got players. ANd based on the "starters" from last night, looks like the filler team is gonna be tough to beat.... the Gnomes put up an impressive 22 points just from last nights game! LOL....

Damn the shitty 3rd and 2 call in the 4th quarter the dolphins lost the game because of that toss and that face mask penalty... I am teh sad panda.

P.S. Daunte wasn't that impressive.
