That admin is a moron....hes bitching that no one is responding when hes asking during the middle of the day and people (like him *gasp*) are working....how they hell do I get to my PC to send him what he wants from work? Then he asks for stuff with out giving info on how to get it for him.....MO-RON....

BTW, if you do need to send a dxdiag file, and you don't know how to get one, here ya go:

Start>Run
type dxdiag in the runbox. Hit enter.
A wiundow pops up with your DirectX and system info in it. Click on the save all information button on the bottom. Point to a save location where you'll remember where you put it.

All done. You now have a dxdiag text file to Email to SOE.

I havent goten a dxdiag file in so long I forgot where it was.
