I bet they increased the pulsar damage by "1". LOL, it'll prob still suck, but I'll take 60 rounds over 40 anyday. ENEMIES WILL DIE

curious why they did that, IMO the clipsise was fine as is but anyway w00t

would have rather they boosted the lasher speed than this though
