as for your key, you could try PlanetSide 2 (planetside2) on Twitter and beg like a dog, or make a cheesy ms paint of something ps related. they are throwing keys at anyone, us real testers need target practice eh you'd make a good addition.

I played VS today on West 02. Glad to see that the game hasn't changed. Reavers everywhere with rocket spam abound :D

Got to mess with the program for a bit after work tonight. Unfortunately, the game locks up my system after a few minutes of goofing around in the warpgate. I haven't found any fixes for it and there's nothing about it in the Beta forums. I'll work on this some more tomorrow, I suppose.

I ran into Weevil in-game (for the few minutes I was in), and sent a friend request to Gryphon.

Yea it went pretty well. It defaulted to a fairly low resolution and medium graphics settings for me, which seem to be right, although a little laggy. Overall not TOO many graphical glitches considering this is *supposed* to be still a closed beta.

On TS though I was trying to follow the names of where we were going, etc... For some reason I didn't have location names on my map and couldn't find a toggle for it. Also I need to study up on the keybindings for some of the extra stuff like platoons, squads, moving spots in vehicles, etc.....

Oh and I'm not so sure that I like the whole driver is the gunner thing. I mean yea it's great for soloing in a tank but you don't really need a gunner at all now except for helping with enemy aircraft.

My first couple hours have been disappointing. It seems like the game doesn't get along with something about my laptop. Getting horrible stuttering and frame loss. Even at a low resolution. Pretty much unplayable for me until I can figure out why that is.

Moving seats are the F keys. The driver as gunner is probably staying. Base names show up by hovering over them, no permanent display. I think everyone gets medium graphics, but if you press reset they will go to high, that had happened on all my computers, i don't think it is dynamically checking computer performance atm.

I had settings on medium, graphic res way down like 1200x or something like that. I left game to disable crossfire to see if that was causing the issue, but now I'm getting a gateway error from the launch pad. Le sigh. :P

Also, if I ever get back in my char name atm is Palabrewtis if you catch me.
