Tier 3 Quests
 

Hey,

I've read what items you need to complete the tier 3 quests.

The materials are easy to get but I have no idea where these items drop:

Wartorn Chain Scrap
Wartorn Cloth Scrap

Any idea if they are easy to get?

Damn they are making those stupid easy to get.

Why does it appear that Warlocks are getting screwed by having to get more stuff than everyone else?

Its like they force you to be a tailor...

They drop off of all trash mobs in Naxx.

Still going to need things off of the bosses :(

lol.. warrior set doesn't need shit from the bosses looks like.

From what I understand, the only places to get the desecrated armor pieces are from...... drum roll please..... THE BOSSES.

Well here Mr. I can't be bothered:

"Rayne at Lights Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will make Dreamwalker Boots if you bring her the following: 1 Desecrated Boots, 12 Wartorn Leather Scraps, 3 Mooncloth and 2 cured rugged leather hides."

Thought that was priest only.

My understanding is that all classes will have to get their equivalent.

That will be awesome if only certain classes have to.

why you ask? because warriors like me and the poomasta are lazy. I will never come close to getting this set, because basically you need a full tier 2 epic group to beat the bosses in there (or so im assuming). Im sure this sounds ALOT easier than it really is.

You should hear the whining the raiders are doing about Tier 3. "OMG! I have to get a drop, farm tons of materials in the instance AND get 800g+ of materials from people?! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!".

Dungeon 2 anyone?

I do have to say though, I like this system much, much, MUCH better than the system used for tier 0, 1 and 2 sets. This really is much better for lazy people, IMO. Now, rather than some warlock sitting in about a hundred UBRS runs and going "Man, my Dreadmist robe didn't drop...again...I'm 78, level 200 and still haven't finished tier 0..." Drakk would drop a "Fire-wreathed robe" and warlocks, priests and mages can all use it to create their respective chest pieces. You're still a little dependent on drops, but no where near like now...especially in the case of raid armor which is class-restricted. Great for people who are on their last set piece and hate killing the same boss 30 times for him to not drop the piece.

I hope they do that sort of thing more in the expansion, at least for gear that's part of a set.
