Tribes Vengenance Server Min Specs?

Anyone have any info? Will they be putting out a Linux version?

Min specs seem to be roughly equivilent to UT2k4 for the server. For comparison, the LoS ut server used to run 24 people comfortably and it was a 2.4 with 1gig ram. Any more then 24 and the whole server went to hell. :)
