Long story short, Niz and I did a TiVo commercial, we were promised free stuff and everyone else in the group started to act like 5 year olds when it took time to get it to us.

So I reached my breaking point with todays e-mail from one of the bitching couples.

Lets see how long it takes to get a response.

Well it looks like we DID get the lifetime membership. People stopped bitching and are now offering help on hooking up the new system and getting it added to existing accounts. That I can handle, bitching like that one lady did I couldn't take.

Glad you yelled at her or who knows how much more she would have gone on about.
