Black Ops?
I've been reading up on that new "faction", the phantasm and the new tanks but what I don't get is the faction. They have more armor or something and can purchase all empire tanks at their terminal? The Planetside website doesn't work for me anymore and PlanetSide universe doesn't really explain much (not sure if there is anything to explain yet, don't know if they are ingame yet). So is there anyone that still plays PlanetSide or that can explain some of the new changes like the new empire "Black Ops"?
