also there is alot more to this game then there was to terraria for instance you can actually travel to different planets in your space ship by yourself or with friends
multiplay looks good and each player has there own ship or you can ride in each others if you want and travel to different worlds each world is also procedurally generated so things are always new to explore and the worlds are huge even the small ones physics of water and other things are very good water if flowing will actually push the char along as well as items i believe
