Off topic Threads

Threads lately are too easily derailed and every thread while starting as different topics all end up as the same gibberish content as the previous topic. I usually try and keep things a bit slack when moderating the forums and I also don't read some of the threads that get long that I have no interest in so some that really get off topic I never see. So I have enabled moderation powers to the officers, hopefully they will use it in moderation....get it .... Anyway, I don't want to discourage sillyness or the like at all, it is who we are and have been, but please if you want to be silly and gibberish start a new topic just for it, lets just try and allow people to discuss the topic that was started.
