Ugh like lawsuits are where we should be looking. When we going to start blaming the real people, Parents, and how they don't want to watch over their own kids and what they do.

Funny thing is that the ESRB is an industry run rating system that is MUCH more comprehensive than any other in the entertainment world. If I want a nude patch for my game, that is my decision. If I want to play a gory game, that is my decision. Politicians and parents should stop using games as a scapegoat for the problems of society. Honestly, after playing PS for a year I dont think of myself as being a good warrior in RL. Parental supervision is the problem. Buying music, movies, and games for their children and having no idea WHAT they are buying is ignorance on the parents behalf.

If I was a lawyer, I would be paid by the word! Pending said agreement, such funds would be transferred to a arbitarely selected yet undisclosed offshore banking account. Signees of said agree to transfer ownsership of their soul, house, and wife (see #1 below) to Ardamir. All aspects in all known and unknown languages and diminsions are nonneogtiable with the sole exception of the consent of Ardamir.

#1 Transfer of said wife would only take place if she is hot.
