Dire Maul East (and other instances that need running)

Hey, it worked for Stoke...

Sylvie would really like to gank the crap out of the Tier .5 boss in DM East. She made it to her in a PUG, but they lacked the actual ability to coordinate to take her out. Didn't seem to be a tough fight...just too many people who didn't know what to do with a fight that wasn't "conventional".

While we're at it, we should also plan on a session for smashing Mao's Hand and Strat SM for Skillet and a BRD run for Marshal Windsor for Dev/Incendius for Stike.

That'd put us on the "cusp" of being able to summon Lord Valathak...and after he's beaten we can summon all the extra bosses whenever we want (and some of them drop some decent enough loot).

Figured I'd toss that out there for folks.

Cat is at Temple level. I'll probably be playing this weekend with the holiday and all. So I should be on some Sat/Sun/Mon and Tues.

What about my part? I totally missed out on something that needed doing

Re: Dire Maul East (and other instances that need running)

I believe Stang and Cucu are the only ones who are doing that (or have taken the two seconds to say so)...but I agree we need to get back into practice. Even if there's only two people we should work on getting them going.

Dane, IIRC you need Incendius (easy enough...do it with Stike when he goes), Emberseer (you may have him...but oh noes! a priest trying to get an UBRS group...impossible! ) and something off a fire *duke* in Silithus. Sadly, you were out of town when ATF went Silithus farming and the three of us got that drop. You can sometimes catch guilds doing that though and they'll let you tag along since you're mainly going for a quest drop. Again, most healers get a free ride on such things anyway.

And from what I hear, a certain hunter was not fully prepared for ST last night and needs to go again...so perhaps this weekend?

Re: Dire Maul East (and other instances that need running)

DM East tonight Perhaps a Strat SM run for Master Cyclonus if we can get DM going early enough. If not, do that early friday evening. Keep Friday at 10PM server open for a run, just in case....but if UBRS or something similar doesn't pan out, go with Temple and BRD, trying to fill those as best we can.

Saturday can be used for Baron practice runs in the evening, and perhaps Temple or BRD if one of those got missed (pending people's availablility).

Sunday will be cleanup day on any of the above runs that fell short.

Monday and Tuesday we gorge ourselves on booze and hot dogs and try not to think about WoW except as a fun thing to pass the time between said booze and hot dogs.

Sound workable?

Steke - ready for the 2nd Temple run. Got 2 quests to do there - hopefully can pick up 1 or 2 more before then.

Stike - ready for any DM East run. Just say when. Really would like to see a UBRS run in hopes of that chest piece.....

Re: Dire Maul East (and other instances that need running)

DM East will probably be tonight due to Laysen and Embrosia's acquisition of new robes and sworn blood pacts to the effect that they will run DM East tonight.

I'm hoping we can get that going early enough to still get in either:

A) Sunken Temple
B) Strat SM (after farming Tyr's Hand for Skillet's quest drop)
C) Blackrock Depths

Baked...like bread that Syni makes shortly before Niz violates it in every way imaginable.

Damn, that works on so many levels...
