1. Kill a boatload of bugs and funnel drops to one person to build reputation

2. Various conversations, cutscene, quests

3. Gather pieces of sceptre from AZUREGOS, ERANIKUS, and VAELASTRASZ.

3.a To spawn Eranikus, collect thingies from 4 green dragons (sounds like they're not sure which yet)

4. ??
