McHale could have kept KG in Minnesota, and Glenn Taylor was willing to spend the money to bring in good people for KG to play with, but they always lacked a good coach. The closest we've been to the big dance was in 2004, and it was great. Basketball is the only team sport I know of that can really carry an entire team with mediocre talent around them.. MJ retired, and the Bulls went to crap. KG left and the Wolves stank it up. There's some hope for this season to maybe play .500 ball, but I don't foresee much else.Especially since all we got was Boston's rejects in the KG trade..

but we got a championship-quality team. Uh.. thanks? :-)

A few more days until training camp.

I actually have tickets to check out the Thunder & the Celts at the Garden... w00t!
