Happy Thanksgiving to you Americans (CDN Thanksgiving was a while ago). However, I am having a dinner party tomorrow where I am making
TURDUCKEN which is a Cajun recipe. It's a deboned chicken, stuffed inside a deboned duck, stuffed inside a deboned turkey. I can't wait to eat this biatch! Takes 9 hours at 190 degrees...man oh man. And it feeds 25 people.

Turduken.
VERY GOOD. But it is very difficult to make and you can easily get a bland flavor instead the intended "Rainbow" of flavor. Also they now stuff a quail in the chicken. All I can say is have a fire extingusher in the hand you dont have a beer in. |
