#7: Phoenix Prime - Outfit Leader
#6: High Warden - CO/XO?
#5: Arkhon - BR?/CR?
#4: Firelord - BR?/CR?
#3: Captain - BR?/CR0
#2: Lost and Confused - BR?/CR0
#1: Lieutenant - Someone who is sticking arround
#0: Recruit - n00b

2-4 are toss-ups, there is no definite system. 1 may become MIA/Secondaries and 2 become members. This leaves 3-4 open for something.
