As a zoo employee, animal lover, and all around nice guy, I was very sad to hear the news today...

Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, has died...

Well at least he didn't die of any of the many slow nasty ways to die out there like cancer, car wreck (paralized), etc. etc.

He went doing what he loved and it was pretty fast from what I read.

Yeah I was sad... I was like crying to Fate about the crock hunter. Sad day it was!

Read that getting stabbed in the chest from a sting ray is among the most painful things a human can experience...and to the think the guy still pulled out the barb before he died
