official PvE server?

I'm making a char on dalarian going to play it a bit soince i have some rl friends that...

being in the high 30s right now it is impossible to quest anymore... and really not into the instance thing.

keep checking the main boards, you are not the only person < 60 who feels this way

bah I will wiat it out on a pvsE server until it is fixed, battlegrounds should fix it a lot, be back then if it doesn't settle down before then.

Not to sound polyannish, but until they do fix it (my guess would be an XP penalty for ganking way lower players - greater than 3-5 levels)
All the 30's should try to use the buddy system, you get 3 or more 30s together and we can stand up and dish out to most of the horde that tends to like the ganking thing ( usually 20-40 I rarely see 50-60 folks out there ganking wee folk like us. but yah, instances are the only safe bet until they balance out the gameplay. Maybe they could offer a PvP to PvE move. As a 30 something I'm starting to see the XP go way down because I can't hang out in the field alone too much.

grouping is a great idea

i wasnt too far behind the lvling curve and still the way i did it was to solo during off times. Like doing STV in the morning until 3pm EST and going back after midnight

zsuzsu and I were in a 5 man full group.


We did that and spent 1.5 hours dying (ariathi highlands, stormgaurde keep). I'm going to wait it out a little bit hopefully things will settle down.

Welll there ya go your in the horde ganking area , Arathi, Stromgaurde, STV, SS an a few more Im sure Im missing are not good places unless you see alot of alliance around or like Jadal said do it in the off peak times. Usually when you tell the alliance that horde in the area they will come and help ya clean house (well I've been lucky in doing this the whole time gaming).

Until the patch SS and hillsbrad were the only areas you HAD to avoid.... everywhere else you could go and quest, but just had to be more careful and stay off the roads.

It will settle down, after they implement battlegrounds with cool things like seige equipment, attacking from gryphons and things. Until then I would say do the instances, and go every where in a group.

Stormwind and Redridge get ganked more and more now. last night was particularly brutal, even in Darkshire. I had to log off before I went nuts and hurt my computer. Bein a lvl 23 with little time to play is tough.

Yea, my problem is that now I'm 40 I'm close enough to the mid 50's that they can get HK's on me. I've been wanting to finished up some various quests in arathi and stv and then was planning on just grinding out against lvl 35-38 or so mobs in the swamps. Might take longer than I would like to lvl, but at least I'll die less and actually be able to farm some much needed $$$.

I haven't been able to play WOW really since the patch because I'm at school and the network here makes it unplayable, but now I am afraid to come back

I will be back as soon as battlegrounds is out.. I like and enjoy a good gank fest like the next person. This is relentless pvp now. I my self don't like it. I'm on a care bear server till BG's are released. So many people have said it was stupid of Blizz to release the Honor system w/o BG's...I'm beginning to understand their point. I feel sorry for those >40 They will be farmed...but hey this is a pvp server..and we all voted on it. -)
