w00t Snow!

Tried to get some shots of the snow and our Christmas lights... if I would of had a tripod and finagled with the exposure controls it woulda looked real pretty.

This is with the flash, and the lights are dim but still there - somewhat

No flash but long exposure and a slightly chilly Sam in slippers, PJs and a robe.

Atlanta MAY get snow once a winter, about 2in or so. Everyone in the city complains, but secretly loves it. All work stops and everyone runs to the store to buy milk and bread (I guess people love french toast when it snows

).

March 1993 was the BIG one, we had 16in in my hometown and everything shutdown for almost a week. Barry Sanders was trapped on I-75 went to Wal-Mart and bought all the blankets and "warm stuff" he could find and gave it to all the people trapped on I-75, nice guy!

And usually when Atlanta gets its 2" of snow, North Carolina gets it the next day..... AND NOBODY CAN DRIVE......

Never understood the run on bread and milk.... I always bought beer and chips....and the occasional box of Cherry Poptarts.....

Sorry about the commute Gryph! I heard folks from the Seahawks game were still on the road at 4:00am I may stay home tomorrow... not sure yet.

What a great name for a cute dog...CHAOS!!! Awesome!

Chicago has become so efficient with snow removal that in the city itself, no snow is ever visible on the ground. That may be due to pollution, but whatever.
