It is found in the User CP menu option above.

If you want one that shows your character and it's levels and such, you need to install an addon and a program that uploads your character information to our website. More info at http://www.alliedtribalforces.com/fo...ead.php?t=1924

You can't....sorry rules against letting the paladin know anything.
