We did a complete wipe and reload from scratch. Installation went well. no problems. Kind of easy actually. The layout of it just different enough to annoy me when I'm trying to find something but other than that, its pretty cool.
My problem is the software that I need to run on this machine (which is a 2-1/2 old Dell) just wont work. I need to take it back to XP but have just been too lazy to do it. Its some older software that came out before XP so.... it is what it is ... its not worth it to me to spend the $159 just yet for the upgrade to a newer version...its not that critical as I can work around it for now and by the time Vista is out for real, that upgrade would be probably be obsolete anyway. And shutup Niz. |
