Right when they are ending the play PlanetSide free to BR6 promotion they have had for the last year.

yeah, that preatty much killed any idea of ever trying PS again. It was hard enough to justify $13, and the idea of the rate going down with the addition of ingame billboards actually made me keep an eye out. Guess that never happend and that they really don't care about the players but rather their money.

Ya, I got this notice in an email from SOE... They think since WoW is that much, they can charge it too, but at least Blizz is doing something with the game, and fixing stuffs.

Sad day. I gave Planetside a few chances over the last year or two, but they really screwed things up with it and made it unplayable. Maybe one of these days we'll see Planetside 2.
