Well he should have tested this in-game before attempting it in real life. You jump from a high enough cliff you die in-game too. otherwise you just lose some HP (break a leg or arm in RL I'm assuming).

And where were the parents not watching what their kid does or plays? Its easier to blame others I guess. Maybe that timer for the game is a good thing.

I wonder what would happen if Blizz chooses not to recognize the Chinese Judicial system as valid.

I think the only thing that can happen is China could force Blizz out.

Well in my opinion it all boils down to what our society has degenerated into starting in the 1960's. It is never, ever, your fault, someone else is always to blame. You are just a poor ignorant innocent person that the evil doers have made do these things. BULLSHIT! Accept responsibility for the fact that you were to busy doing other crap to watch your child like a GOOD PARENT. Oh please, let me guess the computer was the baby sitter for this family so mom and dad could do whatever the hell they wanted. I feel for the parents, but oh please spare me lame excuse of a reason for your child being a dumbass. Next we will have people suing because they are drunks or are to fat, oh shit, i forgot they are not responsible for being fat drunks, it is someone else's fault------NOT!

Decrying it as the fault of the individuals, even if it really is, will tend to lose you votes in the popularity contests known as "elections" since the vast majority of Americans cannot separate someone's stand on issues from that person's personal life. Hence, saying "You're a fat slob because you're an idiot" doesn't get you elected so they instead say "It's faceless company X's fault!" because people don't care if corporate America get screwed.

People are all around just idiots.
