Hello From OSU

Just moved into my dormroom today on the Ohio State Campus in Columbus. Awsome internet connection so far. Going to be spending the rest of this week exploring the area, getting setup, starting classes, and just plain enjoying real life.

Sounds awesome and from what I hear about OSU, youll be having tons of fun. Good luck on all your classes and such. Maybe ill find the same happiness you have when I transfer to UofTexas

skoog, where and when can I find you? I am in the north dorms and will be starting my Math Tuturing next at the MSLC. I will post my hours and rooms once I get them.

Thats the entire point of this thread. This is my first time living in Columbus and attending this campus.

Normally the college I go to is with in driving distence of home but the branch ran out of classes for me. So I am here beginning my first years as a car-less, walking anywhere, college student that lives on campus.

What sucked for me is that where I lived at college was NOT within walking distance of the beer store...

When I was an undergrad I was within walking distance of everything I could ever possibly want, this was not because I was close to everything however, I simply had no car.

It was a 7 mile ride to the beer store. 20 miles on Sunday.....

I walked about 10 miles from the Mall one time cause we forgot the damn Bus stopped running at 9pm.
